We were in Cozumel, Mexico for Christmas and Makenna's 1st Birthday! Makenna did so well and loved all of the attention she got. She made lots of friends, especially with the staff at our resort and she even managed to learn how to say, Hola! There were some beautiful sunsets and we definitely felt God and Sierra surrounding us the whole time. Thank you all so much for your prayers, we know that is what got us, and is getting us through each day.

Four Generations
We all went on a glass bottom boat to snorkel and fish. Everyone wrote notes to Sierra and put them in this wine bottle. After we got far enough out, they let us to throw it in the ocean. It was extremely hard, but so special.

Makenna, I wish we could hang out on the beach together! You are such a beach babe! I'm learning to walk like you, but you seem a lot better at it than I am! (any hints?!?) Hopefully we'll see you soon...mommy, daddy and I might be coming out in February! I can't wait to see you again!

Wow, what neat pictures! We just saw them a couple of days ago-sounds like you had a great time in Mexico-we think of you and pray for you often! Happy Birthday, Makenna! (We love all the bikinis! Isn't it time to go back to Mexico? Seeing Miss Makenna in her cute little swim suits and this cold here sure makes me want to go somewhere warm...like soon. The blog is awesome...very good job.
